This guide takes you through the initial steps of signing up, setting up and getting started with Gumstack.

Signing up for Gumstack

We welcome you to signup with your work email at https://app.gumstack.com/signup

Once you signup the onboarding flow takes you through the following aspects

• Integrating Gumstack on your Website
• Setting up your office hours, including the
• Setting up your initial team members (Agent refers to those people who will be responsible for taking calls. Team members can be Admin, manager and Agent at the same time)

Once these steps are complete, you will be able to login into the admin page at https://gumstack.com

Setting up Gumstack

There are several options to setting up Gumstack on your website. You can set up Gumstack by adding Javascript to your website or app. Or as a no-code installation through Google Tag Manager.

Integrate using code

You can set up Gumstack by adding a few lines of Javascript before the end of the </head> tag in your website code. The code to embed is also available at https://app.gumstack.com under Account→Setup . Please include the target domain name for the installation in the text box "Your Domain Name: _________________ "

Ensure you replace TOKEN with your Gumstack account token. You can find it in the account section of your Gumstack account.

Set up via Google Tag Manager

An equally no-code way of installing Gumstack is by installing it as a Template under Google Tag Manager. Please find the detailed instructions to set up Gumstack via Google Tag Manager here. Your API Token Key required for the installation is available under the Account→Setup page, under "Install Via Google Tag Manager"
